Steve Cirulis
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer
Steve Cirulis has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of the Company since June 2026.
He brings nearly 30 years of experience across leading restaurant, retail, food, beverage and consumer brands, with deep expertise in finance, corporate strategy, business transformation, capital allocation, investor relations, analytics and enterprise risk management. Most recently, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Potbelly Sandwich Works, where he was a critical architect and leader of the company and brand’s successful turnaround and significant value creation.
Prior to Potbelly, Steve held senior strategy and finance leadership roles at Panera Bread, McDonald’s Corporation and Gap, Inc. He began his career in consulting and consumer brand roles.
Additionally, Steve serves as a board director of Maverik Group, LLC, one of the largest convenience store and fuel retail chains in the United States.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.
